2 Fun Edible Playdough Recipes

Introduction:

Edible playdough is so, so, so much fun to play and eat. I have gathered two fun edible playdough recipes that are quick and easy. Another reason for writing this blog about edible playdough is small children sometimes sneak it in their mouths.

Recipe # 1:

Here is what you will need:

  • An 8 oz tub is the perfect size for whipped cream or whipped topping.
  • Two cups of cornstarch are required.
  • Two tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Spatula ( you can also use your hands )

Now, let’s come to the steps:

  • Get the whipped cream or whipped topping out in a large bowl.
  • Attentively mix the cornstarch in the whipped cream until it is crunchy. ( I have used a spatula you can use your hands ).
  • Sprinkle the chunks of edible playdough with olive oil.
  • Create a ball from the dough by using your hands.

Your playdough is ready to play and eat!!

Recipe # 2:

Ingredients you will need:

  • One can of prepared cake frosting ( you can use any flavor).
  •  A half-cup measurement of powdered sugar.
  • You can utilize all-purpose flour to measure 3/4 cup.
  • Sprinkles ( optional ).

Steps:

  • Add frosting, sugar, and flour in a large bowl.
  • Stir it with your hands or spatula for some time until it starts to form a dough.
  • Remove the play dough from the bowl and manipulate it with your hands until it gets a smooth texture.
  • If the play dough is more sticky, add more flour.
  • When the edible playdough is ready, you can add a sprinkle ( It is optional ).

Now your edible playdough is ready to eat and play!!

Conclusion:

In conclusion, I want to say that the edible playdough recipes are so much fun for your children to play, create, and eat. I also want to say that you should allow your children to make edible playdough by themselves because it will help promote creativity. THANK U!!
